In order to close an order you need to follow a specified series to steps.

1. POSTverify/application.json set basic information about new distributor
2. GETverify/address.json get the last POSTED shipping address to this order (if this is the first time you are GETing this for this order this will return empty fields which can also be displayed)
3. POSTverify/address.json set a shipping address
4. POSTverify/address.json set a mailing address
5. GETverify/payment.json fetch shipping and tax cost (based on shipping address)
6. POSTverify/payment.json set a credit card
