Kits

In order to select a kit you need to follow a specified series to steps (the URL of each subsiquent step appears in the response of each endpoint.)

1. GETkits.json get potental kit types (Member and Promoter)
2. GETkit/[path].json get the kits of the selected path
3. GETkit/[path]/[guid].json get the selected kit's SKUs
4. POST../update.json set the selected kit by SKU
